Kaleyra
Send SMS through Kaleyra. Once installed, this integration becomes available as an SMS delivery provider for the Messaging app.

Prerequisites
Before setting up the Kaleyra integration, ensure you have:
- An active DashX account
- A Kaleyra account
- An approved sender ID for the regions you send to
Find your API key
- Sign in to your Kaleyra dashboard
- Open the API keys section of your account settings
- Create a key if you do not already have one, and copy it

The API key grants access to send messages on your account. Store it securely.
Connect to DashX
- Log in to your DashX workspace
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click [+] to add a new integration and select Kaleyra
- Choose the environments you want to enable it for
- Enter the configuration below and save

tip
If you send to Indian numbers, your sender ID and message templates must be DLT-registered. Messages that do not match a registered template are rejected by the operator.
