Plivo
Send SMS through Plivo. Once installed, this integration becomes available as an SMS delivery provider for the Messaging app.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites
Before setting up the Plivo integration, ensure you have:
- An active DashX account
- A Plivo account
- A Plivo phone number or sender ID capable of sending SMS
Find your credentials
- Sign in to the Plivo Console
- Your Auth ID and Auth Token are shown on the dashboard overview
- Copy both

The Auth Token grants full access to your Plivo account. Store it securely.
Connect to DashX
- Log in to your DashX workspace
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click [+] to add a new integration and select Plivo
- Choose the environments you want to enable it for
- Enter the configuration below and save
Configuration

| Auth ID | The Auth ID of your Plivo account. |
| Auth Token | The Auth Token that pairs with it. |
Delivery reports
Plivo reports delivery status back to DashX through a webhook. The URL is shown on the integration's page in DashX once it is installed — add it to your Plivo application's message settings so status updates flow back.
tip
Trial Plivo accounts can only send to phone numbers you have verified in the console.
